Park villas Bergen

Bergen (NL)

Part of the beautiful green estate of the Ursulinen sisters of Bergen will be transformed into a low rise housing area for families and seniors. In the design, the strongly pronounced natural stone walls are the main conceptual elements of the composition, providing at the same time a readable division between the dwellings, mutual privacy and a harmonious contrast with the surrounding soft curved green fields and water pools. Using the same materialisation, there are several typologies related to there differing contextual situation. Every dwelling as well has a set of optional extensions. Therefore, all houses differ from each other, where at the same time they belong to each other.
