hotel - Niterói (Brazil)

 

In preparation of the future arrival of the existing floating hotel in the bay of Niterói, we translated the technical drawings from Dutch into Portuguese and adapted the design where necessary, to comply with the Brazilian climate and with the local and regional laws on fire resistance, safety, maritime navigation, environment etc. Besides that, we designed the connection between ship and shore, and the landscape on the terrain between ship and public street, including a new path and an entrance building with kiosk.
